Pilates has been an answer to prayer. Susan is called by God to be a
personal Pilates instructor, who helps others restore their strength,
flexibility, stamina, and overall muscle tone. After the birth of my
third child, I experienced post delivery complications that greatly
diminished my core strength and overall body function. Susan developed
an exercise regimen that was geared toward my beginning fitness level
and very practical so that I could practice Pilates at home. After 1
session, incorporating both mat and reformer exercises, I felt a real
difference; After 5 sessions, I felt stronger; After 10 sessions, I
became leaner and saw a noticeable improvement in my posture; After 20
sessions, my strength and flexibility was restored, and as a bonus, I
was back in my skinny jeans! I have been training with Susan for six
